YEF 2024 SPRING
APPLICATION INFO

Time: 2pm-5pm
Location: Suds Monkey Brewery, 12024 US 290W, Dripping Springs, TX 78737
Any school aged children ages 4-19 may apply. Applications will be accepted until the max number of booths are filled.
Registration fee: Non-refundable $5 per booth. Booth space is 10'x10'. Registration fees can be sent via venmo, cash, or check. Payment information will be sent in an email after approval. All fees collected will go towards the establishment of a 501(c) and/or supplies for YEF marketing purposes.
Applications will be reviewed within 3 business days. Approved applications have 5 business days to pay for their booth space. If the registration fee is not received within the specified date after the approval, another application will need to be submitted. This will allow confirmation of attendance and give others a chance to apply if there are still unconfirmed booth spaces available.
PLEASE SUBMIT AN EMAIL ADDRESS YOU REGULARLY HAVE ACCESS TO. All communications regarding YEF will be done via email.
For the festival: A map and set up information for the event will be sent via email one week prior to the festival. 10x10 sized EZ ups/canopy tents are allowed only if they have weights on each leg. Table rentals are available for $10 through Whim Hospitality and is the responsibility of the vendor. Canopies are not mandatory but highly recommended. YEF does not supply canopies, tents, or chairs.
What is acceptable: inventions, crafts, food and drinks, goods, produce/plants grown by applicant, services offered (including but not limited to landscaping, pet sitting, cleaning, baby sitting, farm/ranch chores, etc). An application may be denied if there are too many of the same product(s), for example: there will be a cap to how many lemonade or cupcake stands will be allowed but there may be an exception if it is a specialty item that is unlike the others.
Reselling store bought items are not allowed. (Example: selling individual chip/cookie bags from bulk purchases) Vulgar and/or offensive items are not allowed. Keep products child friendly. This is a family event.
